We are assisting a global organization in search of a Senior Salesforce Field Service Consultant to oversee the implementation and enhancement of Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) and Depot Repair solutions for intricate service operations.
Responsibilities
- Direct the implementation and refinement of Salesforce FSL and Depot Repair solutions.
- Configure and oversee end-to-end service workflows including Work Orders, Service Appointments, Dispatcher Console, Mobile Field Service, Asset Management, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Develop and enhance scheduling, dispatching, execution, and quality assurance processes.
- Collaborate on ERP and third-party system integration projects.
- Define and advocate standardized service processes across teams and business units.
- Provide role-specific training sessions and support user adoption initiatives.
- Liaise with business stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Assist in change management efforts to ensure successful platform adoption.
- Offer guidance and best practices for service operations and platform governance.
Requirements
- Salesforce Certified Field Service Consultant, Salesforce Administrator, and Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant certifications.
- 4–7+ years of hands-on experience implementing Salesforce Field Service Lightning.
- Proficiency in Work Orders, Service Appointments, Dispatcher Console, Mobile Field Service Applications, Depot Repair, Asset Management, SLA Management, and Salesforce Integrations.
- Experience leading service transformation or process standardization endeavors.
- Background in delivering user training, documentation, and adoption programs.
- Strong grasp of field service operations and service lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
Nice to Have
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or field-service-intensive sectors.
- Exposure to valve maintenance, equipment maintenance, or industrial service operations.
- Familiarity with ERP integrations within Salesforce ecosystems.
- Experience in leading change management and organizational adoption initiatives.
- Additional Salesforce certifications.
