Responsibilities:
An experienced and creative Senior Social Media Manager is sought to enhance Circle's engagement with their audience across organic social platforms. You will lead social media strategy development and implementation, collaborating with various teams within the organization to effectively drive brand awareness and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive social media and content plans, giving priority to X, LinkedIn, and YouTube while exploring new platforms.
- Produce engaging and original content to boost brand awareness and drive audience interaction.
- Manage and enhance Circle's visual identity on social channels, ensuring brand consistency and high engagement levels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute social media strategies and editorial planning.
- Integrate social media into product launches, growth initiatives, and brand campaigns to drive awareness.
- Support influencer marketing efforts to raise awareness for USDC and enhance brand engagement.
- Contribute to overall social media strategy by achieving marketing goals and keeping content relevant and engaging.
- Oversee external resources as required, including freelancers and agencies.
- Evaluate and report on the performance of organic social media initiatives. Research trends and continuously test new strategies to optimize performance.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 8 years of relevant experience in areas such as social media, Web3 marketing, content creation, or social media analytics.
- Expertise: A subject matter expert in organic social media and content with knowledge of consumer finance, Web3, and digital currency.
- Communication: Exceptional communication skills, including presentation and writing abilities.
- Management: Skilled in recruiting and managing external resources like freelancers, contractors, and agencies to scale operations.
- Organization: A proactive self-starter thriving in dynamic environments, able to maintain clarity on goals, timelines, and narratives.
- Learning Attitude: Curious about the future of digital currency and willing to continuously enhance knowledge in the field.
- Tech Savviness: Proficient with tools like Slack, Apple MacOS, GSuite, Hubspot, and analytics platforms.
