Responsibilities:
Circle is in search of a dynamic and collaborative Senior Social Media Manager to play a pivotal role in engaging with our audience across organic social channels. Playing a crucial role in enhancing Circle's brand awareness and presence on social platforms, you will work alongside a diverse team to shape and execute our social media strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all owned social media and content plans, with a focus on platforms like X, LinkedIn, and YouTube, while exploring new avenues for brand visibility.
- Develop engaging and strategic content to drive audience engagement and participation.
- Ensure consistent brand representation across social channels while optimizing content for maximum engagement.
- Lead social media roadmap planning in collaboration with cross-functional teams and provide insights for other departments.
- Identify and leverage the role of social media in new product launches, growth initiatives, and branding campaigns.
- Contribute to the influencer marketing strategy to boost USDC awareness and brand engagement.
- Play a vital role in establishing and implementing the social media strategy to meet marketing objectives and enhance brand relevance.
- Manage external resources such as social freelancers or agencies as needed.
- Analyze and report on the performance of organic social initiatives, leveraging insights to enhance future strategies.
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of relevant experience in social media, Web3 marketing, content creation, social media analytics, or B2B consumer finance.
- Deep expertise in organic social media and content creation with a strong understanding of consumer finance, Web3, and digital currencies.
- Excellent communication skills, including presentation, writing, and copywriting abilities.
- Experience in managing external resources such as freelancers, contractors, and agencies to scale operations.
- Strong organizational skills, proactive mindset, and the ability to bring clarity to narratives, goals, and timelines.
- Demonstrated eagerness to learn about advancements in digital currency and blockchain technologies.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Slack, Apple MacOS, GSuite, Hubspot, and analytics tools.
Additional Information:
- Position eligible for day-one PERM sponsorship for qualified applicants.
- Compensation packages are designed based on a range of factors such as experience, skills, and company needs.
- Compensation Range: $160,000 - $207,500
- Annual Bonus Target: 17.5%
- Benefits: Equity, medical, dental, vision, 401(k), discretionary vacation policy, 10 days of paid sick leave, and 11 paid holidays annually.
