Primary Responsibilities:
Circle is in search of a Senior Social Media Manager with a strategic and collaborative mindset to shape our engagement with audiences through organic social channels. You will take on a crucial role in managing Circle’s interactions on social media platforms, catering to a diverse range of individuals in the industry, from corporations to crypto enthusiasts and regulators. Your focus will be on expanding brand awareness and driving engagement globally.
Under the guidance of the Senior Director of Digital Marketing, you will help develop and execute the social media strategy, generating impactful content in partnership with various teams within the company.
Key Duties:
- Lead social media and content planning on major platforms, emphasizing the importance of X, LinkedIn, and YouTube while exploring opportunities on emerging platforms.
- Create engaging content that raises awareness, fosters audience engagement, and prompts user action.
- Oversee the visual representation on social channels to ensure brand consistency and maximize engagement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to execute the social media roadmap and plan content releases effectively.
- Integrate social media within product launches, growth initiatives, and marketing campaigns to advance brand awareness.
- Support influencer marketing efforts to enhance USDC awareness and overall brand engagement.
- Contribute to the development and execution of the company's social media strategy to align with marketing objectives and increase relevance.
- Manage external resources, such as freelancers and agencies, when necessary.
- Analyze and report on the performance of organic social initiatives, optimizing strategies based on data insights.
Key Qualifications:
- 8+ years of relevant experience in social media, web3 marketing, content creation, social media analytics, or B2B consumer finance.
- Expertise in organic social media and content creation with a strong understanding of consumer finance, Web3, and digital currency.
- Outstanding communication skills, including presentation and writing abilities.
- Experience in recruiting and overseeing external resources to scale efforts effectively.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to navigate evolving work environments to drive clear narratives and timelines.
- Curiosity and eagerness to stay informed about digital currency trends and blockchain technology.
- Proficiency in tools such as Slack, Apple MacOS, GSuite, Hubspot, and analytics platforms.
Additional Information:
- Eligibility for day-one PERM sponsorship for qualified candidates.
- Compensation package based on relevant experience, skills, and organizational requirements.
- Base Pay Range: $160,000 - $207,500
- Annual Bonus Target: 17.5%
