Senior Software Developer (React Native) - Innovation

We are seeking a skilled team player to participate in the design, development, maintenance, and enhancement of software for varied venture projects that complement our primary business areas. These projects are rapidly bootstrapped with lean team setups. As a key member, you will contribute actively to crafting scalable applications, encompassing aspects from frontend UI to backend infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Design, create, and upkeep robust mobile applications utilizing React Native.
• Integrate and implement RESTful APIs and Websockets for real-time data transactions.
• Work collaboratively with diverse teams to plan, design, and deploy new features.
• Ensure optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Write clean and sustainable code following best coding practices.
• Utilize Git for version control purposes and engage in code review procedures.
• Develop, manage, and carry out unit and end-to-end (e2e) testing processes.
• Identify, resolve issues, boost app performance, and perpetually enhance user experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in React Native mobile app development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and React development.
• Strong grasp of RESTful API integration and WebSocket communication.
• Hands-on experience in React Native bridging with native code/modules.
• Knowledge of version control systems, especially Git.
• Familiarity with unit testing (e.g., Jest) and end-to-end testing (e.g., Detox).
• Capable of solving intricate problems and effectively communicating technical details.
• Focus on generating top-notch code and exceptional user experiences.

Good to Have:

• Experience in native iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and/or Android (Java/Kotlin) development.
• Understanding of mobile app release procedures on major platforms like App Store and Google Play.
• Knowledge of modern architecture patterns and state management like Redux.
• Exposure to AI code generation tools like Amazon Q Developer, and others.
