About the Role

We are searching for an outstanding Senior Level Engineer to join our core team responsible for crucial, groundbreaking Solana ecosystem infrastructure. You will navigate uncharted technical territories and devise innovative solutions across our technology stack.

Advanced Infrastructure

• Develop fresh methods for block creation

• Inventive approaches for optimizing validator consensus and execution

Performance Enhancement

• Construct high-performance systems for processing and analyzing on-chain data

• Fine-tune critical paths in our infrastructure and Solana core (Agave & Firedancer) to decrease latency and boost throughput

• Create new tools to monitor and enhance network efficiency

Ideal Skills

Requirements

• Over 5 years of systems-level programming experience in C, C++, or Rust (Rust is our primary language)

Compensation: $190,000 - $225,000 annually
