Senior Software Engineer – .NET / Angular (562)

We are in search of a proactive Senior .NET Engineer to play a key role in developing top-notch, scalable enterprise SaaS applications.

Our client specializes in offering comprehensive HR software tailored for the public sector, addressing the complete employee lifecycle requirements across recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and government organization compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and solve intricate problems by breaking them down into manageable components, crafting efficient solutions, and carrying out the fundamental architecture design.

• Develop and uphold RESTful APIs and backend services utilizing technologies such as C#, .NET Core, Entity Framework, and Web API.

• Implement software architecture models like Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Command Query Responsibility Segregation (CQRS) to construct adaptable and scalable systems.

• Directly engage with SQL Server for tasks like database design, stored procedure development, query optimization, and performance enhancement.

• Utilize Entity Framework (EF Core or EF6) for Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) and smooth data access.

• Generate well-organized, testable, and sustainable code with thorough documentation.

• Take charge of testing your code comprehensively, including unit, integration, and performance testing, within a Shift Left/No QA team setup.

• Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to grasp requirements and deliver customer-centric functionalities.

• Leverage AI development tools like GitHub Copilot, Claude, or equivalents to accelerate code generation, refactoring, documentation, and development pace.

Requirements (Must-Haves):

• 5+ years of experience in developing enterprise or SaaS software.

• Proficient in C#, .NET Core, and Web API with hands-on expertise.

• Deep comprehension of Entity Framework (EF Core or EF6).

• Skilled in SQL Server encompassing query writing, stored procedures, indexing, and performance fine-tuning.

• Familiarity with Angular or related frontend frameworks.

• Sound grasp of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and enterprise architecture.

• Experience with DDD, CQRS, and well-structured business logic and data access layers.

• Exposure to multithreading, asynchronous programming, and system performance optimization.

• Proficiency in Git and contemporary development environments (CI/CD, Agile practices).

• Demonstrated strong debugging and troubleshooting abilities.

• Excellent English communication skills, including conversational proficiency.

• Proven record of working effectively across multiple teams or squads.

• Active usage of AI development tools like GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar in your workflow.

Nice-to-Haves (Bonus Points):

• Hands-on background in developing AI-powered functionalities like smart forms, intelligent search, NLP features, etc.

• Experience in a Shift Left setup with complete feature ownership from design to production.
