Key Responsibilities:

- Hands-on experience in a prominent non-EVM blockchain ecosystem such as Cosmos or Solana.
- Ability to architect, code, test, and deploy secure and efficient smart contracts.

- Proficiency in staying updated on blockchain development trends.

All requirements of a Senior Software Engineer and:
- 7+ years of professional software development experience, including internships.
- 4+ years of proven expertise in smart contract development on blockchain platforms.
- Proficient in non-EVM programming languages and tech stacks.
- Deep understanding of blockchain technology and various blockchain & web3 protocols.
- Capability to lead technical teams, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate across teams effectively.
- Strong communication skills to foster consensus and collaboration within the team.
