Your Role
As a Senior Specialist in Business Development & Partnerships, your primary mission is to drive growth and market presence for our company. Utilizing your extensive knowledge of the crypto industry, you will discover and nurture new business opportunities and partnerships, focusing on Bitpanda Spotlight and collaborations with crypto projects to expand our ecosystem and ensure long-term success in the digital asset landscape.
Team Overview
The Business Development & Partnerships team plays a crucial role in our growth strategy, working closely with internal and external stakeholders. With a dedication to identifying new market opportunities and forming strategic alliances, we aim to drive business initiatives that align with our mission and goals through collaboration, innovation, and a deep understanding of the crypto industry.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate partnerships with crypto projects, particularly Bitpanda Spotlight collaborations
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key industry players and partners
- Lead negotiations and oversee the formation of strategic partnerships
- Collaborate across teams to align business development efforts with the company’s objectives
- Evaluate partnership performance against defined business objectives and KPIs
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote the brand and expand connections
Desired Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or related fields, preferably in crypto or fintech
- Extensive network within the crypto and digital assets community
- Profound knowledge of the crypto industry, market dynamics, and emerging trends
- Proven success in securing strategic partnerships and business opportunities
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in verbal and written English communication

Product Manager – Portfolio Companies

About the role Own product strategy and roadmap for 1–2 portfolio projects (DeFi protocols, trading platforms or RWA infrastructure).

Create content calendars and growth experiments
Track metrics and report directly to founders
Requirements
3+ years community/growth experience in Web3
Proven track record of growing communities from 0 to 10k+ active members
Strong writing and meme/game theory skills
