We are in search of a skilled Product Marketing Manager to oversee our consumer services business unit focusing on payment and transaction services. The ideal candidate will possess a profound comprehension of the crypto and digital assets realm, along with a successful track record in devising and executing effective marketing strategies within this industry. As an integral part of the Communications team, the Consumer Product Marketing Director will be pivotal in bolstering awareness, adoption, and engagement for our consumer offerings, which may encompass hardware wallets, mobile apps, and other digital asset management solutions.
Role Objectives:
- Develop and implement holistic marketing strategies to boost visibility, adoption, and user engagement for Ledger's consumer products and services.
- Head cross-disciplinary teams in shaping product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans for new releases and feature enhancements.
- Collaborate with product management, design, engineering, and sales units to align on product roadmap priorities and promotional activities.
- Conduct market research to unveil customer requirements, market trends, and competitive landscapes. Utilize findings to refine marketing strategies and tactics.
- Create compelling marketing content such as website materials, product videos, case studies, and other assets to effectively communicate Ledger's consumer product value propositions.
- Oversee and optimize digital marketing campaigns across diverse channels like paid search, social media, email, and affiliate marketing to boost customer acquisition and retention.
- Monitor and evaluate key performance metrics to gauge the impact of marketing initiatives and maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, regulatory shifts, and emerging technologies in the crypto and digital assets sector. Employ insights to inform marketing strategies and product development choices.
- Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, influencers, and industry bodies to enhance brand visibility and industry thought leadership.
- Lead, guide, and nurture the marketing team by promoting a collaborative culture that fosters innovation and continuous learning.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field; MBA is desirable.
- Minimum of 10 years in consumer product marketing, particularly in the crypto and digital assets space.
- Demonstrated expertise in crafting and executing effective marketing strategies within the crypto industry.
- Profound understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency markets, and digital asset management platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the capability to translate data into actionable insights shaping marketing decisions.
- Exceptional communication skills, adept at conveying complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proven leadership abilities, inclusive of team management and cross-functional teamwork.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at juggling multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced setting.
