We are in search of a seasoned Talent Acquisition Operations professional to take charge of and enhance our recruiting systems, data management, reporting, and processes. This role is suited for individuals with more than 5 years of directly relevant experience in Recruiting Operations, TA Operations, or Recruiting Systems, with proficient hands-on familiarity with Greenhouse or a similar Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Though this is a contract role, we require a highly experienced, self-sufficient professional capable of managing projects independently, championing end-to-end ownership, and driving immediate outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of Greenhouse and recruiting systems, managing job setups, workflows, permissions, templates, and data upkeep.
- Uphold high standards of recruiting data accuracy, integrity, and reporting quality through regular audits and data upkeep activities.
- Identify and implement strategies to streamline, standardize, and automate recruiting processes.
- Develop and maintain recruiting reports and dashboards that offer insights into hiring activity, pipeline health, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with Recruiters, TA leadership, HRIS, and other stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and instigate system/process enhancements.
- Independently take charge of particular recruiting operations projects from inception to implementation, leading initiatives to enhance systems, processes, and overall recruiter experience.
Qualifications:
- More than 5 years of directly relevant experience in Recruiting Operations, TA Operations, Recruiting Systems, or a related field.
- Profound hands-on experience with Greenhouse or another prominent ATS.

About UTOPOS
UTOPOS is building a decentralized ecosystem that connects blockchain technology with commerce, gaming, sports, payments, and future smart city development. UTOP is the ecosystem's native digital currency, designed for use across multiple products and services.
We are expanding globally and are looking for motivated Business Development & Marketing Representatives to help grow the UTOPOS ecosystem.
Responsibilities
Promote awareness of the UTOPOS ecosystem.
Introduce individuals, communities, and businesses to UTOP.
Build relationships with blockchain communities, influencers, and strategic partners.
Generate qualified leads for partnerships and business opportunities.
Identify merchant adoption opportunities.
Assist with community growth across social media and Web3 platforms.
Represent UTOPOS professionally in online and offline communities.
Compensation
This is a commission-based opportunity.
Representatives earn commissions in UTOP based on qualified business generated for the UTOPOS ecosystem. Commission terms will be provided during onboarding and are paid only after qualifying milestones have been successfully completed.
Top performers may be offered long-term positions and leadership opportunities as UTOPOS expands globally.
Qualifications
Experience in marketing, sales, or business development.
Interest in blockchain, cryptocurrency, or Web3.
Strong communication skills.
Self-motivated and results-oriented.
Ability to work independently.
Existing crypto or business network is a plus but not required.
