We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our rapidly expanding team and aid in the progression of our company on a global scale. This role presents a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to the recruitment efforts for both technical and non-technical roles in a flourishing tech organization.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying, recruiting, and interviewing exceptional talent across various regions.
- Ensuring an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Managing all aspects of recruitment, encompassing interviews, skill assessments, feedback, offers, and onboarding.
- Acting as a dependable liaison and resource for hiring managers enterprise-wide.
- Implementing innovative recruitment tools and strategies to engage top-tier candidates effectively.
- Crafting compelling job descriptions to effectively convey and promote each distinct career opportunity.
- Establishing connections with pertinent industry groups, universities, conferences, and events for networking purposes.
Requirements:
- The foremost attribute we seek is integrity in all individuals at our company.
- Satisfactory experience, a minimum of 7 years, as a technical recruiter; experience in product, design, or corporate/finance recruitment is advantageous.
- Proven expertise in recruitment from agency and/or in-house settings; a mix of both is a bonus.
- Self-motivated, determined, and collaborative team player with a strong sense of urgency.
- Demonstrated capabilities in organization, drive, and follow-through with a proven delivery track record.
- Proficient at recognizing issues and instigating corrective actions when necessary.
- An engaging, adaptable, and enthusiastic individual who is adept at building relationships and contributing to a groundbreaking endeavor.
