About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to enhance our candidate vetting process through a technical lens. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in the Bay Area within a startup setting, and possess the know-how to engage with top talent effectively.
Responsibilities
- Source passive candidates using various recruiting platforms, social media, databases, and networking avenues.
- Assess technical profiles proficiently by reviewing resumes and platforms like Github.
- Anticipate hiring needs based on business requirements.
- Create and publish suitable job descriptions.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interview scheduling, conducting interviews, feedback collection, and extending offers.
- Work closely with teams to grasp their hiring needs and translate them into a positive candidate experience.
- Ensure a seamless and favorable candidate journey throughout the hiring process.
- Uphold data accuracy and generate recruiting metrics reports.
- Establish scalable recruitment processes for long-term efficiency.
- Represent the company professionally and ethically.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle Technical recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth environment or agency background.
- Background in engineering is preferred.
- Demonstrated success in meeting hiring targets and fostering collaborative relationships with hiring managers.
- Proficiency in guiding hiring managers and aiding in the development of recruitment strategies.
- Strong passion for and comprehension of technology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree.
