About the Team:

About the Role:
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes for open positions, including sourcing, interviewing, managing hiring coordination, and negotiating offers
- Employ innovative sourcing strategies beyond conventional channels to attract exceptional candidates
- Demonstrate a deep passion for technical recruiting and adeptly navigate its complexities
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding
- Act as a strategic partner to business units by providing expert support throughout the hiring process
- Thrive in autonomous roles and take the lead in recruitment initiatives as necessary
- Proactively address recruitment challenges and enhance hiring, offer, reporting, and candidate networking processes
- Cultivate both current and future talent pipelines while also fostering external relationships within the Polkadot ecosystem
Qualifications:
- Proficient at working autonomously in a remote-first setting and leading recruitment processes when required
- Essential technical recruiting experience
- Familiarity with Web3 technologies is advantageous
- Strong proficiency in sourcing methodologies
- Self-motivated and comfortable with ambiguity in tasks
- Ability to excel under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
