Responsibilities
- Creating short-term cash forecasts and overseeing daily cash management within the established liquidity frameworks of the organization.
- Supporting the management of intercompany loans, settlements, and accrued interests across the group.
- Overseeing the onboarding process for new bank accounts, administering online banking systems, and managing the necessary signatories.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with banking partners.
- Collaborating with Treasury Managers on implementing accounting and treasury management systems and payment products.
- Ensuring accurate and timely maintenance of transactional data in Accounting and Treasury Management Systems.
- Working closely with the Finance team for local regulatory reporting compliance.
- Optimizing the tracking and processing of system deposit and withdrawal transactions for increased efficiency.
- Managing customer fund accounts to ensure smooth cash flow operations with various banks.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to align market-related activities with organizational goals.
- Analyzing operational data to drive strategic decisions and enhance system performance.
- Directing the integration of new channels and overseeing related tasks for successful launches and seamless operations.
- Analyzing user deposit and withdrawal activities on a weekly basis and preparing financial settlement data summaries monthly to support decision-making.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of relevant work experience, with fluency in English and Turkish for stakeholder communication.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in disciplines such as accounting, finance, or economics.
- Preferably experienced in trading markets, third-party payments, and clearing and settlement roles within commercial banks.
- Strong risk management skills and ability to identify potential risks effectively.
- Excellent analytical and communication abilities.
- Dedicated work ethic, innovative mindset, ability to handle pressure, strong sense of responsibility, and teamwork orientation.
- Proficiency in Internet finance and traditional financial services.
- Experience in leading teams and successfully managing projects independently.
- Ideally situated in Istanbul.
