Role Summary:
Join our Product team as a Senior Visual/UI Designer and redefine design standards in the crypto industry. Collaborate with top-tier professionals to create dynamic user experiences that resonate with our users. Your role will involve developing engaging visual assets for our platforms, enhancing brand identity, and improving product experiences for retail, advanced, and institutional clients.
Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing assets for the OKX website and app, maintaining brand consistency across all platforms.
- Collaborate with product designers to enhance brand identity and user experiences.
- Design innovative and user-friendly interfaces and experiences.
- Drive product visual design, communicate solutions to stakeholders, and pitch ideas effectively.
- Stay updated on design trends, understand OKX's products, and develop innovative strategies for branding.
- Use user feedback and data analysis to refine brand assets and guidelines.
- Lead design projects, guide other designers, and foster collaboration for project success.
- Uphold a culture of quality, craft excellence, and inspire creativity within the team.
- Identify opportunities for product improvements in collaboration with product, research, and engineering teams.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Visual/UI design experience with a minimum of 2 years in digital product design.
- Degree in a design-related field and proficiency in design software like Photoshop, Figma, and Illustrator.
- Strong grasp of human-centered design principles and ability to create outstanding digital products.
- Proficient in illustration, graphic design, advertising design, and visual communication.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for design and crypto/Web3 industries.
- Creative with a keen eye for design aesthetics, adaptable to various styles.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and lead projects independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in crypto/Web3 or Fintech products.
- Strong organizational and reporting skills.
- Proven track record of delivering impactful branding projects through creative design.
- Experience collaborating directly with product teams.
