We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Social Media & Content Manager to spearhead content creation and community engagement for Binance’s North Latam region. This position will involve crafting compelling organic content for key social media platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and TikTok, as well as overseeing growth and management of the regional blog. The ideal candidate should possess a flair for storytelling, a keen understanding of social media trends, and the ability to cultivate and sustain an active community within the crypto sphere.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, schedule, and publish captivating organic content suited for Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and other relevant social channels.
- Create and manage a content calendar that aligns with regional marketing initiatives and product launches.
- Cultivate and expand the North Latam social community by promoting engagement and fostering interactive participation.
- Generate high-quality blog content tailored for the North Latam region to educate, inform, and generate interest in Binance products and the crypto domain.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to uphold content consistency and adherence to brand standards.
- Stay attuned to social media trends, updates on platforms, and competitors’ activities to ensure content remains fresh and relevant.
- Analyze performance metrics of content and gather community feedback to refine future content strategies.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing social media content and community engagement, with a preference for backgrounds in the crypto, fintech, or tech sectors.
- Demonstrated track record in social media content management and community engagement, especially within the realms of crypto, fintech, or tech.
- Proficient in Meta platforms, YouTube, TikTok, and knowledge of best content practices for organic growth.
- Superior writing and storytelling abilities, including experience in crafting blog articles and social media posts.
- Demonstrated creativity and adaptability in developing engaging content and keeping up with evolving social media trends.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and content management systems.
- Passion for cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, and digital innovation.
- Fluent in English.
