Responsibilities:
- Contribute to crafting and implementing marketing strategies and product launches focusing on social media
- Lead large-scale community engagement drives
- Develop and oversee global partnerships content strategies
- Act as a focal point for managing business issues and crises effectively
- Collaborate with customer service for community engagement and maintenance
- Manage Binance's social media presence comprehensively
- Collaborate cross-departmentally to enhance brand visibility and promotion
- Foster a closer bond between social media presence and the community
- Assist with generating creative ideas for posts and campaigns across platforms
- Work collaboratively with various teams to ensure effective campaign execution
- Analyze campaign performance and offer actionable insights for future improvements
- Stay informed about and analyze social media trends to provide valuable insights
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English is a must; additional languages are advantageous
- Over 5 years of experience in digital marketing, particularly in social media or community roles
- Demonstrable crisis management experience and interaction with leadership teams
- Strong track record in leading large campaigns and collaborating with external parties
- Proven success in growing social media accounts and campaign execution
- In-depth understanding of the crypto market and expertise in Binance’s product range
- Solid content creation and social media channel knowledge, prioritizing platforms like Twitter and TikTok
- Ability to remain composed with good judgment in high-pressure scenarios
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills
- Ownership mentality, stress resistance, and self-motivation are key
- Bonus points for experience in remote and start-up settings
