Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic initiatives: Devise and execute a well-rounded social media strategy that aligns with our marketing objectives and brand identity.
  • Generate content: Produce compelling and diverse content designed for different platforms, including visuals, videos, and text posts.
  • Engage with the community: Cultivate and maintain relationships with our online community by interacting with comments, messages, and discussions.
  • Analyze and report: Monitor, evaluate, and present performance metrics through analytics tools to drive continuous enhancement.
  • Stay abreast of trends: Keep updated on industry trends, new technologies, and platform changes to keep our strategy current and efficient.
  • Collaborate effectively: Collaborate closely with the marketing, design, product teams, and content creators to ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.
  • Manage campaigns: Strategize and implement social media campaigns to promote new features, products, and organizational initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the tech or finance sectors.
  • Sound knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools like Hootsuite and Buffer.
  • Experience in community management and fostering online relationships.
  • Willingness to work in EST hours with occasional community management check-ins as required.
  • Bonus: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
  • Bonus: Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
