Responsibilities

- Engage with the community: Cultivate and maintain relationships with our online community by interacting with comments, messages, and discussions.
- Analyze and report: Monitor, evaluate, and present performance metrics through analytics tools to drive continuous enhancement.
- Stay abreast of trends: Keep updated on industry trends, new technologies, and platform changes to keep our strategy current and efficient.
- Collaborate effectively: Collaborate closely with the marketing, design, product teams, and content creators to ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.
- Manage campaigns: Strategize and implement social media campaigns to promote new features, products, and organizational initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the tech or finance sectors.
- Sound knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools like Hootsuite and Buffer.
- Experience in community management and fostering online relationships.
- Willingness to work in EST hours with occasional community management check-ins as required.
- Bonus: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Bonus: Familiarity with cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
