Position Summary
Join our Data Engineering team at Flipster, where you play a vital role in enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. By providing robust data platforms and tools, you empower users at all levels to harness the power of data effectively. Your responsibilities include writing and maintaining efficient code, ensuring data quality, enhancing engineering productivity, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive technical projects.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Have less than 3 years of professional experience or are a recent graduate
- Proficient in managed data warehouse systems like BigQuery
- Possess strong problem-solving capabilities and a penchant for quick learning
- Demonstrate excellent software development skills and proficiency in at least one modern programming language
- Exhibit fluency in both Korean and English languages at a business level
Preferred Experience
- Hands-on experience in software development within relevant industries
- Self-motivated, proactive, and possess critical thinking skills
- Exposure to cryptocurrency exchanges or fintech companies
- Worked with web-scale datasets and distributed computing/MapReduce systems
- Familiarity with Cloud/Big Data Platforms such as AWS, GCP, Beam, Spark, etc.
