About the Opportunity
As part of the Quant Platform Liquidity Management team, the Java Software Engineer will work closely with liquidity managers to develop liquidity strategies using an in-house strategy toolkit. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong technologist with a passion for crypto trading and automated algo bots. You will collaborate with cross-functional team members to deliver exceptional products and contribute to industry growth.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with liquidity managers on strategy development and technical design
- Design, implement, test, and deploy liquidity strategies
- Enhance the production environment to improve performance and stability
- Continuously improve strategies for 24x7 crypto trading, focusing on stability, scalability, and robustness
Required Skills
- Strong educational background in STEM (Science/Technology/Engineering/Mathematics)
- Excellent logical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Experience in strategy development is a plus
- Proficiency in high-performance Java and asynchronous programming patterns
- Familiarity with distributed systems and microservice architecture
- Prior experience with automated testing and continuous integration
- Willingness to learn about various trading products in financial and crypto markets, including spot, futures, swaps, options, structured products, and DeFi trading.
