About The Role:

As a Partnerships Support Engineer at Aptos Korea, your primary focus will be to nurture relationships with key enterprises and gaming partners. Utilizing your extensive technical skills and experience, you will support partners in navigating the intricacies of blockchain development, assisting them in efficiently creating and launching innovative products on the Aptos platform. This position presents an opportunity to shape the direction of blockchain technology in the gaming industry and beyond, establishing Aptos as the premier platform for developers and enterprises.

Responsibilities:

• Drive Aptos adoption among potential partners, drawing on your profound knowledge of gaming platforms, development methodologies, and growing expertise in Web3 technologies.
• Lead technical collaborations with integration partners to develop and implement new protocols and applications on the Aptos blockchain.
• Develop and refine developer tools, tutorials, and documentation to enhance the developer experience, with a specific focus on serving the gaming ecosystem.
• Act as a technical intermediary between Aptos Labs and partners, translating business requirements into technical solutions utilizing the Aptos ecosystem.
• Collaborate closely with the Aptos Labs engineering team to transform community feedback into actionable insights driving product development and innovation.

Requirements:

• 7 years of software development experience, with a significant portion focusing on partnerships and support roles within the gaming sector.
• Proven ability in technical decision-making and guiding development teams through game development lifecycles.
• Proficiency in client-side and server-side development with a willingness to deepen knowledge of Web3 and blockchain technologies.
• Demonstrated capability in managing internal cross-functional teams, projects, and partnerships to achieve tangible outcomes.
• Fluency in Korean and English with excellent communication skills for diverse audiences ranging from individual developers to enterprise partners.
• Self-directed, proactive individual who excels in fast-paced environments and is enthusiastic about innovating in the blockchain and gaming industries.

Salary Range:

The base salary range for this role is ₩175,000,000 - 198,000,000. The displayed range indicates the minimum and typical maximum target salaries for new hires at various levels and locations. Salary variations depend on work location, demonstrated skills during interviews, work experience, and relevant education or training.
