Description
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team focused on designing, developing, maintaining, and enhancing software for various venture projects closely related to our core businesses. These projects are fast-tracked with a lean team approach. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in designing different components for scalable applications, spanning from frontend UI to backend infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Maintenance and enhancement of various test environments to ensure the reliability and stability of the Quality Assurance testing for our application.
- Collaboration with the QA team to gather user requirements and feedback, continuously improving test environments and tools.
- Development of tools to streamline operations and optimize the utilization of test environments.
- Understanding and adapting backend services to meet the requirements of the test environments.
- Responding to incidents within test environments to maintain smooth and continuous testing operations.
Requirements
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities to address ill-defined problems effectively.
- Eagerness to learn and a strong inclination towards self-improvement.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders efficiently.
- Coding proficiency with the added advantage of familiarity in Bash, Python, Ruby, and Go.
- Sound knowledge of Docker, AWS, Linux, PostgreSQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, and Kafka.
- Prior experience with QA processes, including familiarity with test case management, methodologies, and data preparation, is highly beneficial.
- Some experience with DevOps practices is a plus.
