Summary:
In our quest to excel as a leading staking provider, we prioritize deep expertise on protocols and rewards management. Effective communication is crucial, spanning tailored pre and post-sales interactions, knowledge-sharing webinars, written content, and industry events.
As we gear up to launch 15 new networks in 2024, expertise expansion across these networks and our key Tier 0 platforms, Ethereum and Solana, is paramount.
Strategic Approach:
We aim to enhance customer engagement by positioning Figment's network experts as indispensable resources. This entails proactive engagement with customers to offer specialized support and guidance as their designated staking and rewards advisors. Additionally, our experts must establish a visible industry presence through participation in webinars, conferences, and public speaking engagements, solidifying Figment's position as the foremost industry authority.
Responsibilities:
Some of the core areas of focus include:
- MEV analysis on Solana
- Exploring Liquid Staking & Re-staking practices on Solana
- Engagement with Solana Ecosystem Teams, including Layer 2 solutions
- Keeping abreast of major network upgrades on SOL and their implications
- Acquisition and management of new SOL validator clients, including notable ones like Firedancer

Junior/Mid Decentralized Infrastructure Engineer
Help build and scale decentralized infrastructure: contribute to compute networks, protocols, storage layers, and orchestration tools that power AI agents and open digital systems. You’ll write code, run tests, fix bugs, and ship real features fast.
Skills & Requirements:
1–3 years in blockchain infra, distributed systems, or high-scale compute (or strong personal projects)
Solid Python / Rust / Go skills
