Solution Architect - Gaming (EMEA)
Job Overview
As a Solution Architect with Immutable, you will have a critical role in tackling key challenges within the gaming industry today. Your primary responsibility will involve facilitating a smooth transition for web2 gamers to the web3 ecosystem, bridging the gap between traditional gaming studios and the innovative concept of web3 player ownership.
Collaborating with both indie and global gaming studios, your task will be to drive product adoption. Immersed in Web3 gaming, you will actively play games, provide input on product integration strategies, and support game developers in creating top-tier Web3 games globally.
You will be the advocate for the customer's voice, leveraging solid data-driven insights to shape product roadmaps and ensure that player needs remain a central focus in our development strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage potential clients and partners to grasp their needs and issues.
- Design holistic web3 gaming solutions that cater to these requirements, facilitating a seamless transition for both gamers and studios into the web3 landscape.
- Support the sales team by crafting and presenting communication material that effectively showcases the value and uniqueness of our web3 gaming solutions.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure successful launches and events for new games or features, with structured plans, milestones, and deliverables.
- Provide ongoing technical and strategic assistance to developers during and post-launch phase.
- Keep key partners updated on product enhancements to enhance their gaming experiences.
- Conduct continuous market research to keep abreast of gaming trends, consumer demands, and industry competition.
- Adapt pre-sales strategies based on this information.
- Foster and sustain relationships with gaming studios, tech partners, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate to explore and implement Immutable integrations that improve player engagement and ownership.
- Serve as a bridge between market demands and our product development teams.
- Gather feedback from clients, prospects, and partners to guide product enhancements and roadmap planning.
Qualifications
- A minimum of three years in a client-facing technical role, such as solutions architect or sales engineer, in an API-based SaaS company.
- Proficiency in discussing technical concepts and explaining product features and API architecture.
- Experience in designing solutions for business clients using API-based products and technical architecture.
- Established experience in integrating APIs for end-to-end business processes to achieve business objectives.
- Demonstrated capability in engaging with key stakeholders like Founders, CTOs, Chief Architects, and Senior Developers in Web3 game studios.
- Excellent communication skills that can translate complex ideas for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Desired Skills
- Prior experience in the gaming and/or crypto industries would be advantageous.
