About the Role
As a Solutions Architect at Chainlink, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth. Collaborating closely with sales, product management, and integration teams, you will serve as a trusted advisor to potential users by showcasing how Chainlink's decentralized oracle network can securely and reliably link their blockchains to real-world data. Your technical expertise will be relied upon by the Sales team throughout the sales process. You will contribute to the success of both users and Account Executives by conducting technical discovery qualification, offering architectural recommendations, delivering product demonstrations and PoCs, and resolving technical configuration issues. By bridging the gap between technical solutions and business value, you will actively shape the future of DeFi.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of in-depth technical account and relationship management experience with large, complex account structures
- Familiarity with web3/blockchain technology and DeFi
- Proficient technical comprehension with the ability to interpret code and navigate large-scale software projects
- Experience in technical discovery qualification, making architectural recommendations, and troubleshooting technical configuration issues
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Mandarin
- Business acumen and expertise in commercial negotiations
- 1+ years of experience in web3 environments, DApps, smart contracts, or blockchain technology
- Prior experience in Pre-Sales technology solutions
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Customer success background with critical software products
Desired Qualifications
- Hands-on development experience in web3/DeFi projects
- Fluency in additional languages at a professional level (e.g., Japanese)
- Ability to confidently conduct product demos
- Background in computer science or technical field
- Deep concern for user success and optimal use of Chainlink
- Proficiency in delivering Proofs of Concept

RWA & Tokenization Protocol Engineer
Salary: $155,000 – $220,000 USD base + equity + token package

About the role
Build real-world asset tokenization protocols and compliant on-chain infrastructure for our RWA portfolio companies (real estate, carbon credits, invoices, treasuries).
What you’ll do
•Design and audit upgradeable smart contracts for RWA issuance, custody and compliance
•Implement cross-chain bridging, oracle integration and KYC/AML hooks
•Build tokenization SDKs and developer tools
•Work on regulatory-compliant mechanisms (ERC-3643, ERC-1400 style)
•Ship production protocols on Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum and Solana
Requirements
•4+ years Solidity + security experience (OpenZeppelin, audits)
•Deep knowledge of token standards and RWA primitives
•Experience with legal/compliance wrappers — strong plus
•Rust or Move experience is a bonus

About the role
We’re building the next layer of decentralized compute for AI agents — GPU orchestration, libp2p networking, verifiable execution and on-chain coordination. Join one of our high-conviction portfolio companies or work directly with the Sirex infra team.
What you’ll do
•Design and ship production Rust services for distributed GPU clusters and agent orchestration
•Build libp2p + IPFS-based peer discovery and data exchange layers
•Implement verifiable compute primitives (zkML, TEE, or on-chain proofs)
•Optimize for cost, latency and fault tolerance at scale
•Collaborate with AI teams on autonomous agent deployment
Requirements
•4+ years Rust (production experience mandatory)

Junior / Middle Metaverse Developer (Unity / Web3 / VR)
You will work with Unity, WebGL, and blockchain technologies to create engaging metaverse features and optimize them for performance across different devices. The developer will collaborate with designers and backend engineers to deliver scalable and stable products.
Requirements include experience with Unity and C#, understanding of 3D development, Web3 or blockchain basics, and familiarity with Git and API integration. Experience with VR/AR, NFTs, or multiplayer systems is a plus.
