About the Role

As a Solutions Architect at Chainlink, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth. Collaborating closely with sales, product management, and integration teams, you will serve as a trusted advisor to potential users by showcasing how Chainlink's decentralized oracle network can securely and reliably link their blockchains to real-world data. Your technical expertise will be relied upon by the Sales team throughout the sales process. You will contribute to the success of both users and Account Executives by conducting technical discovery qualification, offering architectural recommendations, delivering product demonstrations and PoCs, and resolving technical configuration issues. By bridging the gap between technical solutions and business value, you will actively shape the future of DeFi.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of in-depth technical account and relationship management experience with large, complex account structures
• Familiarity with web3/blockchain technology and DeFi
• Proficient technical comprehension with the ability to interpret code and navigate large-scale software projects
• Experience in technical discovery qualification, making architectural recommendations, and troubleshooting technical configuration issues

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Mandarin
• Business acumen and expertise in commercial negotiations
• 1+ years of experience in web3 environments, DApps, smart contracts, or blockchain technology
• Prior experience in Pre-Sales technology solutions
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients
• Customer success background with critical software products

Desired Qualifications

• Hands-on development experience in web3/DeFi projects
• Fluency in additional languages at a professional level (e.g., Japanese)
• Ability to confidently conduct product demos
• Background in computer science or technical field
• Deep concern for user success and optimal use of Chainlink
• Proficiency in delivering Proofs of Concept
