Role Overview
We are seeking a talented Solution Architect specializing in Capital Markets at Chainlink Labs. This pivotal role involves driving the adoption of Chainlink products within the capital markets sector. Responsibilities include working closely with Sales and Marketing teams to promote Chainlink technology, collaborating with major institutions to gather requirements, and delivering innovative solutions. The Solution Architect will play a crucial role in shaping the Chainlink capital markets product strategy by leveraging expertise in the product suite and engaging with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Foster successful adoption of Chainlink products in the capital markets industry by building strong relationships with major financial institutions and offering technical expertise throughout the sales and implementation process
- Lead in scoping projects, gathering requirements, and designing innovative solutions utilizing Chainlink products tailored to specific use cases within the capital markets sector
- Contribute significantly to the successful execution of a minimum of three client projects or proofs of concept
- Provide valuable insights, market feedback, and technical expertise to inform the development of the Chainlink capital markets product strategy
- Collaborate closely with internal technical teams to ensure the alignment of product development with capital markets requirements
- Stay informed about capital markets industry trends, challenges, and emerging technologies to effectively position Chainlink products
Qualifications
- Comprehensive technical pre/post-sales experience within the capital markets or financial industry
- Profound knowledge of blockchain technology and related areas such as DeFi, digital assets, and digital identity
- Hands-on experience with middleware, integration architecture, web services technologies, and APIs
- Proven track record in developing and delivering Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and handling functional and technical aspects of proposals
- Exceptional communication skills for engaging with diverse audiences
- Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese and proficiency in Chinese reading and writing
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Solidity, Golang, Rust, JS, Java, Python, C/C++
- Familiarity with networking protocols, cloud infrastructure, security measures like SSL/TLS
- Knowledge of capital markets concepts, financial instruments, and trading processes
- Experience with private blockchain technologies like Hyperledger Fabric and R3 Corda
