Responsibilities:

- Ensure effective communication among stakeholders to drive project success.
- Identify gaps in business metrics and user behavior trends, implement alert systems for emerging trends.
- Analyze complex data sets using strong analytical skills to derive actionable insights for marketing strategies.
- Optimize campaign performance across digital marketing channels (Paid, SEO, Lifecycle) leveraging deep expertise.
- Monitor and analyze marketing effectiveness using tools like Google Analytics, SimilarWeb, MMPs, and social listening platforms.
- Translate data findings into strategic recommendations for marketing initiatives and business decisions.
- Lead collaboration across functions and mentor junior team members when necessary.
Requirements:
- Experience working in international environments with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders.
- Successful track record in business development, partnerships, or sales.
- Strong analytical mindset to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and associated analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
- Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English is mandatory.
