Your role with us
As a Sportsbook Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing the trading, risk, and content aspects of our sportsbook product. Your main responsibility will be ensuring that the product meets the needs of our customers, ensuring they have an exceptional experience. Each day will present new and exciting tasks, such as real-time monitoring of bets, profiling customers, identifying any irregular betting patterns or behaviors, and generating in-depth reports. You will utilize large betting datasets to analyze information, assess risks, profile customers, and make necessary adjustments to the Sportsbook product.
You will work closely with the Sportsbook Manager, searching for data that supports our decision-making process. Your findings will then be communicated to the Sportsbook team and other relevant departments. A key component of the role is risk analysis, where you will maximize customer satisfaction while ensuring profitability. As such, possessing a comprehensive understanding of sports betting fundamentals is crucial. Building strong relationships with the Sportsbook team, as well as collaborating with other business functions like Marketing, Customer Support, and Business Intelligence, is also essential. Strong collaborative skills across teams are highly valued to thrive in this role. Lastly, being a team player is a must, as we believe in the strength of working together.

What you'll do:
- Conduct customer and risk management by profiling and segmenting customers, monitoring betting activities retrospectively and in real-time.
- Generate reports on product performance, reviewing daily and weekly product performance.
- Provide level 2 support to our customer support team, assisting them in handling customer queries.
- Manage site content, including content optimization and quality control.
- Perform backend report analysis using Tableau.
What you'll bring:

Bonus points if:
- Knowledge of spread betting, including the relationship between spread and fixed odds trading.
- Knowledge and interest in e-sports would be highly advantageous.
- Understanding of fixed odds market dynamics and principles involved in pricing and trading sports events.
- Familiarity with sports and/or casino jargon.
- Experience in responsible gaming.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Airtable, and Intercom.

Listing Business Development

About the Role:
- Identify new business opportunities, expand and execute strategic partnerships
- Look for new listing sales opportunities in Blockchain and crypto space
- Manage the listing sales pipeline, from researching, sourcing, contacting, negotiating, converting and following up with clients
- Liase and coordinate with marketing, product, customer support and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of products

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven KOL Business Development to drive user growth and enhance brand visibility for our exchange. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and nurturing relationships with local KOLs, influencers, communities, projects, and strategic partners to promote our platform.
- Identify and build relationships with local KOLs/influencers/, communities, projects, and other potential partners to promote the exchange in order to achieve user growth.
- As a representative of the exchange, to build and maintain a good relationship with KOLs and marketing channels to achieve long-term partnership

Customer Service Executive

About the Role
The role involves managing customer inquiries, handling KYC processes, responding to emails, and monitoring messages across platforms like Telegram and WhatsApp. The ideal candidate will have strong Japanese language skills and a customer service background. This role will be fully remote.
- Handle customer inquiries via email and chat support.
- Support customer service operations, including but not limited to user research, handling enquiries, process withdrawal applications, KYC, bug reporting, Q&A updates.
- Understand policies and procedures of global customer support, adhere to policies set, ensuring high quality support is provided to users in accordance with global standard.
- Create and post customer announcements.
- Monitor and respond to messages on Telegram and WhatsApp.
- Provide support related to Forex and Crypto (knowledge is a plus).
- During business hours, in addition to responding to customer inquiries, you will be asked to perform tasks such as operating systems to create support-related systems or help center articles as needed, checking payment status, and editing or revising FAQ page
- Maintain a high level of professionalism in customer interactions.
- Adapt to potential future responsibilities, including chatbot and phone support.

Requirements:
