Responsibilities

• Drive the growth of institutional businesses: spearhead the expansion of high-tier clients in spot trading through collaboration with various teams and spotting growth opportunities.
• Strategy Planning: Develop a comprehensive roadmap for business expansion in alignment with key stakeholders, with a strong understanding of the industry and user base.
• Define and Track KPIs: Utilize strong data analysis skills to extract key insights from data and propose actionable items, defining, tracking, and enhancing performance indicators.
• Enhance Operational Processes and Structure: Design and manage a highly efficient daily operational process to support the rapid growth of the spot business, primarily focusing on high-tier clients.
• Optimize Product and Tools: Lead initiatives to enhance products and tools to attain business goals effectively.
• Cross-BU Collaboration: Build strong partnerships across related departments to ensure optimal results for both Spot trading and relevant business units.

Requirements

• Interact with clients and stakeholders globally to drive business objectives.
• Possess 8-10 years of relevant experience in the financial/crypto industry.
• Display a strong grasp of traditional financial institutional business models, especially in trading strategy, trade structuring, and inter-departmental partnerships.
• Capable of engaging clients in sale pitches alongside colleagues from various business units.
• Exhibit the ability to work autonomously under minimal supervision to address challenges and provide guidance to team members.
• Proficient in understanding APIs and system dependencies related to trading capabilities.
• Demonstrate clear and logical thinking, utilizing data to develop solutions.
• Show proficiency in critical thinking, exceptional communication skills, high motivation, and quick adaptability.
• Offer mentorship and coaching to junior team members to facilitate team scaling.
