About the Role:
We are seeking experienced smart contract engineers to be part of our Blockchain Engineering team. This role offers the opportunity to influence best practices, processes, and create a customer-driven culture from the ground up, shaping the engineering landscape in blockchain technology.
Responsibilities:
- Develop cutting-edge blockchain products empowering a new era of Web3 games.
- Lead the establishment and advocacy of best practices and processes for smart contract development.
- Design, implement, and maintain smart contract applications with a focus on security, performance, and scalability.
- Collaborate with design, product, and engineering teams to materialize their vision into seamless blockchain experiences.
- Explore new technologies to enhance workflows, ensuring efficient and secure development of smart contract applications.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance on smart contract and blockchain development to fellow team members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Over 5 years of experience in software engineering.
- Solidity development expertise, deploying high-quality and audited mainnet smart contracts.
- Proficiency in smart contract development design patterns, industry standards, and best practices.
- A proactive and adaptable approach towards tasks.
Nice to have:
- Enthusiasm for smart contract development with a keen focus on industry trends and best practices.
- Track record of building secure and scalable applications in significant projects.
- Self-driven and ownership mentality.
- Familiarity with Open Zeppelin contracts, Upgradeable Contracts, Hardhat, and related tooling.
