About the Role:

We are seeking experienced smart contract engineers to be part of our Blockchain Engineering team. This role offers the opportunity to influence best practices, processes, and create a customer-driven culture from the ground up, shaping the engineering landscape in blockchain technology.

Responsibilities:

• Develop cutting-edge blockchain products empowering a new era of Web3 games.
• Lead the establishment and advocacy of best practices and processes for smart contract development.
• Design, implement, and maintain smart contract applications with a focus on security, performance, and scalability.
• Collaborate with design, product, and engineering teams to materialize their vision into seamless blockchain experiences.
• Explore new technologies to enhance workflows, ensuring efficient and secure development of smart contract applications.
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance on smart contract and blockchain development to fellow team members.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in software engineering.
• Solidity development expertise, deploying high-quality and audited mainnet smart contracts.
• Proficiency in smart contract development design patterns, industry standards, and best practices.
• A proactive and adaptable approach towards tasks.

Nice to have:

• Enthusiasm for smart contract development with a keen focus on industry trends and best practices.
• Track record of building secure and scalable applications in significant projects.
• Self-driven and ownership mentality.
• Familiarity with Open Zeppelin contracts, Upgradeable Contracts, Hardhat, and related tooling.
