Description

Working within the Revenue Operations Team, the Senior Sales Operations Analyst role at BitGo involves utilizing data analysis to drive decision-making, enhance sales processes, and transform data into various reports to support the goals of the Go To Market Team. The individual will play a crucial role in optimizing sales efficiency and productivity by providing actionable insights. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, the ability to work with cross-functional teams, and proficiency in data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and ensure data integrity in Salesforce and various other GTM systems
  • Develop and enhance sales analytics reports and Salesforce dashboards to offer insights to leadership and business stakeholders
  • Build and maintain data models to extract valuable insights
  • Analyze data from diverse sources to monitor sales productivity and revenue performance
  • Conduct sales compensation modeling, analysis, and commission calculations
  • Assist in sales planning, including regular updates to quotas, headcount, and sales plans
  • Ensure proper utilization of applications like Salesforce.com, Marketo, etc.
  • Collaborate with other departments for successful project execution
  • Work with the Marketing team on lead generation processes and metric reporting
  • Support day-to-day Sales Team operations
  • Contribute to various analytical initiatives such as data mining, research, and statistical analysis
  • Generate ad hoc reports based on sales leadership requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for manipulation and validation of large datasets
  • Experience in both public and startup companies preferred
  • Thorough understanding of sales processes, funnel management, billing, and forecasting
  • Significant knowledge and experience with Salesforce.com
  • Familiarity with Looker considered a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and business acumen
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization and external departments
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Familiarity with interfaces between technology and other company departments like IT, Finance, HR, etc.
  • Financial services experience seen as advantageous
