A client we are currently engaged with operates a SaaS platform situated at the nexus of cutting-edge cloud cost management and FinOps. The platform collects billing and usage data from various cloud, SaaS, and PaaS providers in real-time, organizing it based on customers’ business structures. This empowers customers to analyze data at different levels of detail and make well-informed business decisions.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with customers to provide insights on cost intelligence, address cost growth factors, and offer guidance on their FinOps initiatives.
- Engage in diverse discussions with engineering, operations, finance, and executive teams regarding resource usage, tagging strategies, COGS, and unit cost trends.
Key Duties Include:
- Oversee customer onboarding and implementation processes, including managing impromptu requests.
- Cultivate and nurture robust relationships with key customer stakeholders, showcasing domain expertise and building trust.
- Track and communicate value and performance metrics, regularly conducting executive business reviews.
- Champion customer success by collaborating with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams, driving initiatives and representing the voice of the customer.
- Introduce new products/features to customers and drive business outcomes.
- Address complex customer/vendor issues and proactively prevent service trends.
- Monitor customer adoption metrics for superior NPS.
- Support retention and expansion within your assigned customer segment.
- Establish and enhance internal customer controls for operational efficiency.
- Develop scalable technical solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Conduct success planning workshops, perform analysis, and provide support for internal projects aimed at enhancing company tools and capabilities.
- Create and maintain clear data analysis standards for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience Required:
- Proficiency in English for effective communication.
- Familiarity with consulting on AWS, GCP, and/or Azure services.
- Experience in financial analysis and optimization related to cloud services.
- Understanding of cloud spend/resource reservations and tagging strategies.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools, specifically Excel.
