Strategy Director

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled professional to fill the position of Strategy Director in our company. This role is pivotal in shaping strategic decisions and requires someone with at least 5-7 years of relevant experience, a strong interest in the crypto industry, and excellent leadership skills. The position is located in Hong Kong, though applicants from other regions able to work within Hong Kong's time zone are also welcomed.

Responsibilities:

• Devise data-backed strategic plans that align with company objectives in various segments of the crypto and fintech industries.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners to execute strategic projects.
• Recommend optimal product pricing structures, analyze P&L for sustainability, and adjust pricing strategies as necessary.
• Conduct detailed data analysis on user behavior and product performance, identifying trends and areas for enhancement.
• Support in forging strategic partnerships and evaluating potential investments.
• Supervise and guide junior members of the strategy team.
• Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and embody a proactive "founder's mentality."

Required qualifications:

• Must hold a Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Either located in Hong Kong or able to work according to Hong Kong's time zone (GMT+8).
• Display a keen interest in blockchain and crypto technologies, with solid knowledge of DeFi considered advantageous.
• Ideally possess 5-7 years of experience in a related field such as management consulting, with prior team management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint is a must. Familiarity with Tableau, SQL, and/or Python for data analysis is desirable but not mandatory.
