Swag Intern

Responsibilities

• Assist the events team with tasks related to Swag
• Collaborate with internal administrative and procurement teams for vendor and sample sourcing, contracting, and budget management
• Coordinate swag request collection, approval tracking, and delivery coordination on a daily basis
• Manage inventory levels, restocking as needed within budget constraints

Requirements

• Attention to detail and a collaborative mindset are crucial for success in this role
• Strong organizational and communication skills to engage with internal stakeholders effectively
• Proficiency in project and time management
• Able to adapt to flexible work hours and virtual collaboration
• Competency in Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, Forms)
• Fluency in English is mandatory; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage for stakeholder coordination
• Experience in budgeting and vendor management is beneficial
