Responsibilities
- Assist the events team with tasks related to Swag
- Collaborate with internal administrative and procurement teams for vendor and sample sourcing, contracting, and budget management
- Coordinate swag request collection, approval tracking, and delivery coordination on a daily basis
- Manage inventory levels, restocking as needed within budget constraints
Requirements
- Attention to detail and a collaborative mindset are crucial for success in this role
- Strong organizational and communication skills to engage with internal stakeholders effectively
- Proficiency in project and time management
- Able to adapt to flexible work hours and virtual collaboration
- Competency in Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, Forms)
- Fluency in English is mandatory; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage for stakeholder coordination
- Experience in budgeting and vendor management is beneficial
