In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our mining systems. Collaborating with department heads, you will gather requirements and implement new systems to increase efficiency and productivity. You will manage user access and permissions, provide guidance and support to business users, and actively monitor for system issues. Additionally, you will work closely with IT and vendors to drive integrations, enhancements, and optimizations. Reporting to management will be a key part of your responsibilities.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serve as an expert administrator for mining operations systems.
  • Collect and document system requirements in collaboration with department heads.
  • Lead the implementation of new systems to improve efficiency.
  • Manage user access and permissions.
  • Create and maintain detailed system documentation.
  • Provide hands-on support and project leadership to business users.

  • Familiarity with systems such as ERP, HRIS, Warehouse Management, Safety Management, or Foreman is preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
