We are ramping up at Gelato, and are looking for a hungry, enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist who can help us grow.
What you'll be doing:
- Analysing open vacancies and understanding key assessment criteria
- Reviewing and filtering applications
- Sourcing high quality candidates
- Managing candidates through the process (end-to-end)
- Organising interviews and processes
- All the above with a sprinkle of HR
Requirements
- Experience recruiting within Web3
- 3 years experience in a recruitment role
- Experience filling technical roles
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques
- Solid work-ethic, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced start up environment
- Low ego, love to collaborate, open minded and great vibes
