- Token Metrics, a leading AI-driven crypto research platform, is looking for a skilled Tech Lead to join our expanding team. This role involves guiding technical projects, mentoring developers, and contributing to the development and architecture of our state-of-the-art cryptocurrency analytics platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and guide a team of full-stack developers, promoting a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Design and implement scalable solutions using React, Node.js, and cloud platforms like GCP or AWS.
- Drive the adoption of best practices to enhance team performance and product quality.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and product managers to outline technical requirements and future roadmaps.
- Actively contribute to code development, code reviews, and technical documentation.
- Ensure high code quality and consistent coding standards within the team.
- Initiate system design for new features and enhancements.
- Perform peer reviews diligently and offer constructive feedback to team members.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends in the cryptocurrency and blockchain domain.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience as a Senior Full Stack Developer, consistently delivering high-quality software products.
- Extensive proficiency in React, Node.js, and cloud platforms like GCP or AWS.
- Strong aptitude in system design for architecting scalable solutions.
- Expertise in maintaining high code quality and enforcing consistent coding styles.
- Extensive experience in conducting peer reviews and providing valuable feedback.
- Familiarity with DORA metrics and a history of excelling in high-performing development teams.
- Active yearly GitHub contributions showcasing engagement with open-source or personal projects.
- Solid grasp of software architecture principles and design patterns.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to mentor junior developers.
- Passion for cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
