Responsibilities

  • Employ diverse methods such as professional networks and social media to engage both active and passive candidates effectively.
  • Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines to tap into both standard and specialized candidate pools.
  • Work collaboratively with hiring managers to devise and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, including managing offer negotiations.
  • Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities, updating relevant stakeholders regularly on key hiring metrics and candidate data.
  • Engage in employer branding initiatives on various platforms to boost visibility and attract high-caliber talent.
  • Stay abreast of market trends and competitor analysis for ongoing talent acquisition advancements.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in end-to-end recruitment, specifically in hiring for engineering, business development, and related functions.
  • Demonstrated ability to convert passive candidates into successful hires through effective engagement strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and adeptness at handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and various sourcing/recruiting tools.

  • Extensive understanding and experience in IT industries, including awareness of current talent demands and industry trends.
