Responsibilities
- Lead complex technology initiatives involving multiple teams and functions.
- Collaborate with development teams to estimate workloads, define milestones, and manage resources effectively.
- Ensure successful delivery by working across teams from the design phase to deployment.
- Monitor progress, address dependencies, assess risks, and provide status updates to management and stakeholders.
- Establish and track metrics aligning with project objectives, influencing decisions based on data analysis.
- Coordinate technology initiatives with business feature releases, fostering a balance between technical and business priorities.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation in collaboration with developers, including production support playbooks and API references.
- Enhance deployment processes and encourage knowledge sharing to empower the team effectively.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project or program management within a software applications environment.
- Profound understanding of software development, architecture, and infrastructure.
- Knowledge of Waterfall, Agile methodologies; experience as a Scrum Master is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders across different business units.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, adept at aligning diverse teams towards a common objective.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal prowess, with mentoring experience being a plus.
- Proficiency in facilitating meetings, summarizing documentation, implementing processes, and driving automation.
- Skilled in knowledge discovery and guiding teams in transforming and presenting information to various audiences.
- Fluency in verbal and written English, proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese will be beneficial.
- Experience using JIRA/Confluence.
- Preferred certifications: PMP, CSM, PSM, ACP.
