Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee complex and large-scale technology initiatives that involve cross-team and cross-functional collaboration.
- Collaborate with development teams to estimate project scopes, set milestones, and allocate resources effectively.
- Drive project outcomes by coordinating with various teams from the initial design phase to final implementation.
- Monitor project progress, address dependencies, assess risks, and communicate updates to management and stakeholders.
- Establish and monitor metrics to track progress towards project goals and use data-driven insights for decision-making.
- Coordinate technology initiatives with business feature deliveries to align technical and business priorities seamlessly.

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within a software applications environment.
- Strong knowledge of software development, architecture, and infrastructure.
- Familiarity with Waterfall, Agile, and experience as a Scrum Master will be beneficial.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across different business units.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the capability to unite diverse teams towards common objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with mentoring skills considered a plus.
- Proficiency in organizing meetings, summarizing documentation, and establishing processes.
- Skilled in driving automation, facilitating knowledge sharing, and presenting findings to diverse audiences.
