As part of the team, you will play a crucial role as a Technical Recruiter, responsible for expanding the Product, Partnerships, and Marketing teams by working closely with key stakeholders and hiring managers to attract top talent. If you have a keen eye for identifying exceptional technical contributors and share a passion for the blockchain space, this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Talent leadership to implement the talent strategy.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing requirements.
- Drive the recruitment process across various roles and establish a strong external talent network.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and propose effective solutions.
- Manage applicant tracking and ensure timely communication with candidates.
- Implement creative and flexible talent sourcing strategies.
- Establish trust-based relationships with candidates.
- Extend and negotiate employment offers.
Requirements:
- Experience in end-to-end recruiting and building candidate pipelines in a high-growth startup environment.
- Outstanding organizational skills and time management capabilities.
- Strong work ethic and openness to coaching and feedback.
- Familiarity with Lever platform.
- Excellent planning and operational skills.
- High emotional intelligence.
- Background in and genuine interest in the blockchain and crypto space.
