As part of the team, you will play a crucial role as a Technical Recruiter, responsible for expanding the Product, Partnerships, and Marketing teams by working closely with key stakeholders and hiring managers to attract top talent. If you have a keen eye for identifying exceptional technical contributors and share a passion for the blockchain space, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Talent leadership to implement the talent strategy.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing requirements.
• Drive the recruitment process across various roles and establish a strong external talent network.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and propose effective solutions.
• Manage applicant tracking and ensure timely communication with candidates.
• Implement creative and flexible talent sourcing strategies.
• Establish trust-based relationships with candidates.
• Extend and negotiate employment offers.

Requirements:

• Experience in end-to-end recruiting and building candidate pipelines in a high-growth startup environment.
• Outstanding organizational skills and time management capabilities.
• Strong work ethic and openness to coaching and feedback.
• Familiarity with Lever platform.
• Excellent planning and operational skills.
• High emotional intelligence.
• Background in and genuine interest in the blockchain and crypto space.
