Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership to the Test Automation team for Flipster's mobile and web applications.
- Develop and maintain scalable and reliable test automation frameworks.
- Ensure comprehensive test coverage across various business flows.
- Collaborate with different teams to expand automated test coverage for evolving features.
- Define and track automation metrics to enhance test effectiveness.
- Mentor and guide test automation engineers to deliver efficient test code.
- Align test automation efforts with engineering and product release objectives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of test automation engineering experience.
- Strong understanding of test automation within the software development lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Appium, Selenium, and Python-based frameworks.
- Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
- Demonstrated experience leading test automation teams.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
Preferred:
- Experience in fintech or crypto-related product teams.
- Understanding of mobile and web application architecture.
- Passion for enhancing engineering velocity through automation.
- Ability to develop and adapt test automation strategies for complex systems.
- Professional working proficiency in Korean (both written and spoken).
