About Binance VIP & Institutional Team:
The Binance VIP & Institutional Team, originating from the world's largest digital asset exchange, caters to VIP clients and institutions offering digital asset solutions. Collaborating with various market participants such as traders, hedge funds, asset managers, family offices, fintech firms, and more, the team provides high-quality services to key players in the crypto industry.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact point for VIP clients and institutions using Binance's products.
- Offer dedicated and timely assistance to VIP and institutional customers through diverse communication channels.
- Guide VIP clients on Binance's system integration and usage, including API functionalities.
- Address all account and system-related queries as the initial support line.
- Represent VIP customers to internal teams like account, finance, risk, and products.
- Gather customer feedback and manage projects for product enhancements.
- Update customers on product and system changes promptly.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in client/trading desk support in financial services.
- Familiarity with trading platforms, including knowledge of trading orders.
- Understanding of API usage for communication with trading platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills, especially in high-pressure scenarios.
- Excellent communication abilities for facilitating inter-departmental communication.
- Willingness to be part of an on-call rotation.
- Fluency in English, with additional languages being advantageous.
- Hands-on experience in API trading preferred.
- Understanding of cryptocurrency basics and knowledge of derivative trading products beneficial.
