About the Role

We are looking for an Operations Training Manager to join our team at Figure. As an Operations Training Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive training programs for our contact center operations across various communication channels. Your key role will involve ensuring that our contact center agents and leaders have the necessary knowledge, skills, and tools to deliver exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and enhance training programs for contact center teams across all communication channels.
  • Design and execute onboarding programs to provide new hires with thorough training on company policies, procedures, products/services, and customer service skills.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to identify training needs and align with business objectives.
  • Lead a team of Training Specialists, offering guidance, training, and performance feedback in line with business goals.
  • Oversee the development of engaging training materials using instructional design principles.
  • Deliver training sessions to educate contact center staff on effective communication strategies, customer handling tactics, and system utilization.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and performance metrics analysis.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to trainers and trainees to ensure continuous improvement in training delivery.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to contact center operations and training methods.
  • Work with IT and operations teams to ensure training materials and systems are current and accessible.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in training and development, specifically in contact center operations and customer service.
  • Demonstrated ability in designing and delivering training programs in a dynamic setting.
  • Strong grasp of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage trainees effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and training tools.
  • Knowledge of contact center operations and customer service best practices.
  • Experience in team management and supervision.
  • Familiarity with contact center technologies and remote training platforms.
  • Certification in Training and Development is a plus.

Salary range for residents of CO, NY, CA, and WA is $70,400 - $88,000 with additional bonuses and equity, subject to individual experience and location. Figure does not sponsor work visas for this position. Employees must verify identity and work eligibility in compliance with federal laws upon hire.
