US based - Investment and Partnerships Manager

We are in search of a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Digital Asset Professional specializing in Investments and Partnerships. Your main responsibilities will include conducting analysis and research on various cryptocurrencies, blockchain technologies, and market trends, in collaboration with our senior personnel from the Capital Markets and Digital Asset Team. This role involves enhancing value-added Digital Asset Advisory services and executing deals for investment. Responsibilities:

• Identify and nurture relationships with potential investors, such as venture capitalists, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals, to secure capital for crypto-focused projects and funds. Develop and implement fundraising strategies, create pitch decks, and oversee the due diligence process.
• Serve as the primary contact point for existing investors, providing regular updates on portfolio performance, market trends, and investment opportunities. Manage investor communications, arrange virtual and in-person events, and promptly address investor queries.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis on the crypto venture capital landscape, including monitoring market activity, tracking emerging trends, and identifying valuable investment opportunities. Utilize this knowledge to support the firm's investment decision-making and fundraising endeavors.
• Actively engage with the crypto ecosystem to establish and maintain relationships with founders, industry influencers, and key stakeholders. Utilize these connections to discover new investment prospects and stay informed about industry developments.
• Produce detailed investment memos, due diligence reports, and other necessary documentation to support the firm's decision-making processes and reporting obligations. Ensure meticulous maintenance and accessibility of all investor-related records and data.
• Collaborate closely with the firm's investment team, marketing professionals, and relevant stakeholders to ensure a seamless and coordinated approach to capital raising, investor relations, and overall business strategy.

Requirements / Skill Sets:

• Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in capital raising for crypto-focused projects, investment funds, or alternative investment vehicles. Proven track record of building relationships with a diverse investor base, including venture capitalists, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals.
• In-depth understanding of the crypto investment landscape, with the ability to monitor market dynamics, identify emerging trends, and recognize potential investment opportunities to support decision-making and fundraising.
• Proficient in conducting detailed research, creating comprehensive investment memos, due diligence reports, and other essential documentation to facilitate decision-making and reporting. Exceptional attention to detail in maintaining accurate records of all investor-related activities.
• Strong comprehension of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and decentralized finance principles.
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret complex data and derive meaningful insights.
• Demonstrated passion for the crypto industry, with knowledge of various cryptocurrency projects, market dynamics, and investment strategies.
• Enthusiasm for blockchain technology and a solid understanding of emerging trends such as NFTs, DAOs, GameFi, and DeFi.
• Adaptable to a dynamic and innovative environment within the blockchain industry.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to align diverse internal and external stakeholders with varying priorities.
• Results-driven with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
