About the Role
We are in quest of an experienced User Growth & Lifecycle Marketing Manager to oversee global lifecycle marketing campaigns and collaborate with teams to achieve common goals. This individual should possess a solid grasp of product and campaign operations methodologies, including AB testing, funnel analysis, and lifecycle strategies, and play a pivotal role in guiding team members through the development of campaign ideas.
Responsibilities
- Activation and Conversion: Take the lead in enhancing the new user onboarding process, utilizing product iterations, personalized marketing campaigns, and targeted engagement strategies to boost new user activation and first-time transaction (FTT) conversion rates.
- Retention and Repeat Purchase: Establish a robust user lifecycle management system and user segmentation framework to drive increased user engagement and repeat purchases via membership programs, point systems, gamification, cross-selling, and other innovative strategies.
- Design and optimize user referral and viral growth mechanisms to propel organic product growth.
- Direct A/B testing and user segmentation strategies to streamline operations and maximize resource allocation efficiency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution of lifecycle marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Use analytical skills and logical thinking to interpret data, identify business insights, pinpoint issues, and devise data-driven solutions.
- Stay abreast of each Business Unit's product offerings, features, user preferences, and pain points.
Requirements
- Demonstrable success in growing user bases exponentially, with a focus on user retention, conversion, and repeat purchases, showcasing tangible results.
- Over 5 years of experience in the internet industry, with more than 3 years in senior user growth roles specifically in transaction-based sectors like e-commerce or fintech.
- Proficiency in leading growth projects, operations, or campaigns with a structured methodology.
- Deep understanding of key operational methodologies such as AB testing, funnel analysis, and tailored strategies.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and tools.
- Highly data-driven mindset with the ability to establish and enhance data monitoring and analysis systems for user operations, adept at issue identification and proposing data-backed solutions.
- Thorough comprehension of various Business Unit products, user preferences, and pain points.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic to effectively liaise with partners and stakeholders in the MENA region.
