UX Research Coordinator (Contract)

Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with a diverse group of participants, particularly engineers and active users from web3 ecosystems like Ethereum, to participate in UX research studies.
- Schedule and coordinate research sessions between participants and the design team at Aptos Labs, ensuring a seamless process.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships within the web3 community to ensure a steady stream of qualified research participants.
- Work closely with UX research and design teams to grasp research needs and objectives effectively.
- Handle logistics for research activities, including participant communication, consent forms, and incentives distribution.
- Contribute to enhancing recruitment strategies and research methodologies based on feedback and outcomes.
- Stay informed about emerging trends in the web3 sphere to shape recruitment strategies and research topics.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in recruitment or coordination roles.
- In-depth understanding of the web3 ecosystem, including various blockchain technologies and communities.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with diverse groups.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment.
Compensation and Benefits:
The hourly rate for this full-time contract position ranges from $71 to $103. This figure represents the standard salary range for new hires in the Bay Area at different levels. Additionally, compensation factors such as experience, location, skills demonstrated during interviews, work experience, and education also influence individual pay. Please note that the base salary does not include equity, tokens, or benefits.
