VIP & Institutional Project Manager

Binance seeks a knowledgeable professional from the crypto industry to support business growth through account coverage. This role entails utilizing relationship-building and account management skills, alongside a deep understanding of the Binance platform and trading, to assist clients in expanding their operations on Binance. The primary focus will be aligning individual client growth needs with Binance's business development strategies for VIP and Institutional markets. Additionally, the role will contribute to enhancing production solutions for VIP and Institutional clients.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main Point of Contact (POC) for the VIP & Institutional team to engage in company-wide compliance initiatives and coordinate resources.
• Lead and oversee client-focused projects throughout the entire lifecycle, from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance standards.
• Serve as the key communicator for all VIP & Institutional-related projects, keeping internal stakeholders informed on project expectations, updates, and progress.
• Ensure all client projects involving VIP & Institutional clients adhere to applicable compliance and regulatory requirements, collaborating with legal and compliance teams for necessary approvals.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, manage timelines, allocate resources efficiently, and monitor project milestones to ensure timely delivery.
• Identify potential project risks, implement mitigation strategies, and manage changes and issues promptly to minimize impacts on deliverables.
• Define, monitor, and report on project KPIs to assess performance and conduct post-project evaluations for continuous improvement.
• Proactively identify process enhancements to optimize project delivery efficiency.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in consulting, financial institutions, or fintech companies.
• Proficiency in compliance or regulatory frameworks within the financial industry and how they affect business operations.
• Strong understanding of financial-related functions such as trading, banking, custody, or brokerage.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, to create concise and accurate internal documentation and reports.
• Experience in project management focusing on compliance monitoring, compliance-driven product enhancements, or regulatory reporting is advantageous.
• Ability to collaborate with multinational teams across time zones and foster strong cross-functional relationships.
• Proactive and assertive in engaging project stakeholders in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to deliver high-quality results.
