Primary Responsibilities
- Identify and engage a portfolio of VIP clients, encompassing institutional entities and high-net-worth individuals
- Cultivate strong client relationships, grasp their requirements, and advocate for necessary enhancements
- Drive the continuous improvement and expansion of the VIP team's offerings
- Contribute to refining customer service protocols and team management strategies
- Collaborate with regional teams for market analysis and strategic planning to explore opportunities in targeted areas
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in sales and client servicing roles within the international financial/fintech sector, possessing a solid grasp of financial products with derivatives knowledge viewed favorably
- Familiarity with trading platforms and fundamental market dynamics is advantageous
- Pre-existing client network, especially among institutional clients, high-net-worth individuals, and various financial entities, considered a strong asset
- Exceptional communication, relationship management, and sales competencies
- Adept at operating in a fast-paced, self-motivated setting and adapting swiftly to dynamic team demands
- A keen interest in cryptocurrency and ideally prior industry exposure
- Fluency in English and Mandarin essential for effective coordination with overseas partners and stakeholders
